Making a Plan for Your Health Goals in 2024

I've heard from a lot of you that you're wanting 2024 to be “the year".

The year you make peace with food and heal your relationship with food and get off the diet rollercoaster.

As well as the year you change your health, feel more physically fit, and feel better in your body.

But, something I observe is this excitement of the new year and desire to make some changes often comes with urgency. It feel like “I have to do this and make all these changes right now”.

Urgency is great for short term motivation.

But it's also what I often see leads to people being very “all or nothing” and not making sustainable changes.

Maybe you've found yourself on this cycle every year…

Deciding “this is the year” you get healthy and making all the changes in January…

And then a few weeks or months (if you're lucky) later you're back to your old habits and by this time in December, you look back and nothing's actually changed.

And this has been your cycle every year.

It doesn't have to be like this anymore. I want to help you actually make some progress in 2024!
