Prioritizing Your Health in Busy Seasons

I don't know about you, but the last few months have felt so busy. With lots of good things. But, nonetheless busy.

And something I've seen with my clients with busy seasons is this tendency to be "all or nothing" when it comes to our health.

Here's how this sounds...

"I'm so busy... I just can't make time for the gym anymore" leads to --> not exercising at ALL.

"I'm so busy... I can't make time to cook and meal plan right now" leads to --> eating out every night.

Let me first say... we don't ever have to judge ourselves for not exercising or eating out.

And also, my guess is you'd like to not be so "all or nothing" and still be able to keep up some of the things that you know help you feel your best.

So, my question to you today... what if it didn't have to be so "all or nothing"?

What if prioritizing your health and your habits just looks a little different right now in this season?

This is what we're talking about on the podcast this week. I'm sharing with you 4 tips to help you still be able to prioritize your health and the things that will continue to help you feel your healthiest and best... EVEN in busy seasons.

You can find this episode wherever you listen to podcasts on Apple, Spotify, or Google.

And, I'd love to hear your thoughts and what your takeaways were from this episode! Send me a DM on Instagram and share :)

And, if you have been someone in the past who struggles with consistency, it's not always just a lack of accountability issue. It's often a mindset issue and, often with my clients, struggling to NOT be "all or nothing" with your habits.

Dieting conditions us to be this way... but, it's what is keeping you from feeling your best and reaching your health goals. But, this is one of things we will work on together in 1:1 coaching, along with helping you heal your relationship with food and your body and re-learning how to eat intuitively.
