What IS body image?

Today on the podcast I’m talking with my past client & now therapist specializing in body image & disordered eating, Erin Machen, all about body image.

In this episode, Erin shares her own journey with her body image and what she used to think having a good body image meant vs. what she now knows it is. That it’s not about what you see in the mirror… it’s your relationship with your body. The thoughts and feelings you have about your body. And being able to live fully, or as she says, “embody”, living in your body.
