We have another episode for you this week and I'm so excited to share with you our conversation with Kristen Kunk. Kristen, if you aren't familiar with her, is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and lifestyle blogger helping women live healthy, balanced, and full lives inside and out. She believes each of us has unique health and lifestyle needs and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieve a healthy lifestyle. She helps her clients gain a better understanding of what makes them feel good, so they can do more of the things they love. She works with clients and blogs around finding balance with food, stress management, joy of movement, feeling comfortable in their body, work-life balance, relationships, and more!

Kristen's story, I believe, is so relatable for many of you. She shares in the episode the pressures she had to lose weight and her experience with chronic and yo-yo dieting.

But then, as she shares, she had an "ah-ha" moment where she realized the more control she tried to have with food and with her weight the more out of control she felt.

And that's where her journey started with learning to let go of diets and making peace with her body.

One thing I loved about our conversation with Kristen is what she shared about her own reflection & journey towards finding what wellness looks like in light of a non-restrictive relationship with food. Kristen shares some really amazing points on not only practicing a free and flexible relationship with food that still takes into account gentle nutrition but also wellness in other areas of her life. I can't wait for you to listen to the full episode! Here's where to find out more about Kristen:
